The Catering Buffet Co. was established in 2010 by founder Lina Storto. Influenced by Lina’s families southern Italian heritage, The CB Co. brings a modern twist to the classic Italian style cooking.

Setting the table for all occasions, The CB Co’s rustic palate for imported and local produce, is provided through their menus with matching and coordinating tastes for each client.
